Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Shipping Area

United States: We ship to the contiguous US.

Australia: We ship to all areas in Australia from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please note:

  • We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
  • We do not ship to outlying islands and overseas territories.

Estimated Delivery Time (Based on Customer Location)

We process orders and liaise with delivery service only during working hours on normal business days, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

In most cases, it would take 1 business day to process order and 10–15 business days to deliver.

If products are in stock, the order will shipped from local warehouse.

If certain products are out of stock, delivery typically takes an additional 3 business days.

How Can I Track My Order?

Our delivery timeline begins once your order is confirmed and includes 1 business day for processing.

During promotional events, processing time may be slightly longer.

As soon as your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information and a link to track your order online. Please note that tracking may take some time to update after dispatch.

What If My Package Is Delayed or Lost?

Our logistics partners provide real-time tracking, but if unexpected delays or loss occur due to uncontrollable factors, we sincerely apologize.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes — you can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. 

If canceled in time, you will receive a full refund. However, once the order has been shipped, we can no longer cancel it.

Note: You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order is dispatched. 

After that, the order cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the item, we suggest you accept the package to give it to the local community.
